We maintain a network of vetted local technicians who specialize in — or regularly perform — evaporative cooler repair across the Phoenix East Valley. When you submit a request through our site, we match you with a technician in your area who can actually respond to your call.

Important: We are not a licensed HVAC contractor or repair company. We do not send technicians to your door directly. We connect homeowners with independent local professionals who hold current Arizona contractor credentials. Your referral is free. Technicians pay a small fee when they accept jobs through us.

Your matched technician reaches out to you directly — by phone or text — to discuss the problem and schedule a service visit. You deal directly with the repair professional from this point forward, not through us.

Get Your Cooler Fixed

The technician visits, diagnoses the problem, provides you with a quote, and — with your approval — performs the repair. Payment is made directly to the technician. We are not involved in the service transaction.

Common Questions

Is this really free for homeowners?

Yes. You pay nothing for the connection. Technicians in our network pay us a small referral fee when they take on a job through our service. This is the same model used by Thumbtack, Angi, and similar platforms — we just do it specifically for evaporative cooler repair in the East Valley.

What if I'm not happy with the technician you matched me with?

You're under no obligation to hire any technician we refer. If the match isn't right — they're unavailable, their quote is too high, or you just want to look around — you're completely free to do so. Contact us and we can try to match you with another technician in our network.

How quickly will I hear back after submitting?

During business hours (Monday–Saturday, 7am–7pm), we aim to respond within 15 minutes. After hours, emergency requests are still reviewed, but response may take longer. For true emergencies outside of business hours, calling the number directly is faster.
